The Association Executive requires the complainant to supply five (5) of copies of the complaint and evidence. A complaint must be filed within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the facts constituting the matter complained of could have been known in the exercise of reasonable diligence. A Complaint must be filed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the closing of the transaction, if any, or after the facts constituting the arbitrable matter could have been know in the exercise of reasonable diligence, whichever is later.
