The membership department accepts new member applications Monday through Friday
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. for same

Please plan to allow approximately 45 minutes for application acceptance and issuance of lockbox key.
All applications must be signed by the Broker/Authorized Designee for Brokerage in order for application to be processed.
All applicants are required to bring with them a copy of a Valid Drivers License and Department of Real Estate License.
Applications will not be accepted prior to effective dates or in advance of payment for membership. Applicants shall submit all necessary membership fees in the form of a check or cash at the time of applying for membership.
All dues and fees are non-refundable.
The necessary forms and application to join the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS® are available on-line for you to download and fill out prior to your arrival. The application must be signed by your Broker prior to your arrival at the Association office. Unsigned or incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
You must arrive with a complete application signed by your Broker, a copy of your California Real Estate License and Drivers License as well as the necessary fees.
Applicants for REALTOR® membership must complete an Orientation program. In accordance with the Bylaws of the Association, attending the Orientation meeting within 90 days of the date of application is mandatory. Failure to attend may cause a denial of membership application or termination of your provisional membership. Orientation is free of charge and is held every other month at the Association office for your convenience.
The National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics training, Fair Housing training and Anti-trust training are completed at the Orientation.
