Course Description
This course will provide real estate professionals with a thorough understanding of the single-family rental housing market. Learn the fundamental concepts and forces that drive the rental marketplace along with the requirements, responsibilities, procedures, and processes involved in establishing a successful property management business.
The content is in a video format, taken from a recent webinar by one of our certified instructors.
Course Length: 4 hours (No CE Credit)
This course also counts towards earning your Property Management Certification (PMC). The Property Management Certification (PMC) must be earned before earning the Property Management Master certification (PMM).

Recordings and Exams: If applicable, exams and/or recordings will be made available before 5pm the business day after the broadcast ends. At that point all participants eligible for exams and recordings will be notified via email. Recordings are not available for CE courses or NAR Designations/Certifications. Exams will be administered by OnlineEd.com.
