Disciplinary Complaint – Also Known As A Conduct Case
Any person, whether a member or not, having reason to believe that a member, Participant or Subscriber is guilty of any conduct subject to disciplinary action, may file a complaint in writing with the Association (Form D-1) where the respondent is a member. The Association Executive requires the complainant to supply five (5) of copies of the complaint and evidence. A complaint must be filed within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the facts constituting the matter complained of could have been known in the exercise of reasonable diligence. Arbitration of Disputes – Also Know As A Monetary Dispute
Submission of a dispute to arbitration by the Association shall consist of signing and delivering to the Association a complaint (Form A-1) provided by the Association or any other similar writing permitted by law. A Complaint must be filed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the closing of the transaction, if any, or after the facts constituting the arbitrable matter could have been know in the exercise of reasonable diligence, whichever is later.
